• We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery where available

For workshops and training programs:

• Registration is confirmed only once payment is received
• Transferring your seat to someone else may require our prior approval
• Workshop materials are for personal use only
• Recording or photographing a session requires our permission

We may occasionally need to cancel or reschedule a workshop for operational reasons — in that case, we will offer a refund or the option to reschedule.

Where applicable, products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and we offer a replacement guarantee for defective items as specified at the time of purchase. Physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification will void this warranty.

Our products and services are provided "as is," without implied warranties of any kind. Educational content is intended for learning purposes only, and users are responsible for the safe handling and use of electronic products.

THORHATTE TechnoMech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Where liability does apply, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or ₹1,000 — whichever is greater.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may also suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraud, illegal conduct, or as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra. We encourage both parties to first attempt an informal resolution before pursuing legal proceedings.

• Together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, these Terms make up our complete agreement with you
• If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply in full
• Our failure to enforce a provision at any point does not waive our right to do so later

• We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
